Front-Loaded Field Procedure (Low-Barrier Station Guide)
1. Inputs & Prerequisites:
Community Need or Idea Reservoir spark; 2+ collective process facilitators; ParSEC prioritization matrix; CRP Main Reservoir access.
2. Actionable Steps:
1. Shape the overarching Liberatory Initiative (LI) and Plot using SMARTIE criteria (Strategic, Measurable, Ambitious, Realistic, Time-bound, Inclusive, Equitable).
2. Define the Minimum Viable Contribution (MVC) and write single-cycle Narratives of Change (NoCs) using INVEST criteria.
3. Decompose each NoC into low-barrier Principled Actions (PAs) using WOPSS criteria (Well-defined, Owned/Facilitated, Principled, Sized to 1–2 days, Safe) so entry-level volunteers can contribute immediately.
4. Score and sequence candidate NoCs using the ParSEC rubric (Participatory Demand, Strategic MoL Impact, Effort/Capacity Fit, and Catalytic Urgency).
3. Outputs & MoL Consolidated:
Shaped LI, prioritized single-cycle NoCs, and volunteer-ready Principled Actions published in the Main Reservoir with Demonstrable Progress Markers (DPMs).

1. Purpose & Principle Alignment

METHOD-PA-001 translates broad revolutionary goals into concrete, bite-sized work packages without bureaucracy or top-down command. By decomposing every Narrative of Change (NoC) into clear, 1-to-2-day Principled Actions (PAs), collective facilitators create low-barrier stations where community volunteers can step in and make an immediate material impact.

2. Step-by-Step Procedure in the Field

  1. Step 1 — Shape the Liberatory Initiative (SMARTIE): Verify that the proposed initiative explicitly names which Means of Domination (MoD) it dissolves and which Means of Liberation (MoL — Expertise, Resources, Conditions) it consolidates, centering Disability Justice and intersectional equity from day one.
  2. Step 2 — Carve Out the Minimum Viable Contribution (MVC): Identify the smallest functional increment that puts real use-value into neighbors’ hands within 1 to 2 Catalytic Cycles so the collective never stalls in abstract planning.
  3. Step 3 — Decompose Into Volunteer-Ready Principled Actions (WOPSS): For every NoC, write granular Principled Actions that state their prerequisites, safety boundaries, and step-by-step instructions clearly enough for a first-time volunteer to execute alongside a process facilitator.
  4. Step 4 — Run ParSEC Prioritization: Evaluate candidate items across Participatory Community Demand, Strategic MoL Consolidation, Capacity/Scope-of-Care Fit, and Urgency before moving them from the Idea Reservoir into the Main Reservoir.

3. Liberatory Social Accounting (LSA) Considerations

Attach at least one quantitative and one qualitative Demonstrable Progress Marker (DPM) to each NoC during scoping so the collective can empirically evaluate progress during the Catalytic Cycle Review (METHOD-PA-004).
