I. The Materialist Engine: Emotional Acceptance as the Foundation of Praxis

Catalyst is an operational training ground adapted from Forged in the Dark for community organizing, base building, and dual power. The system proceeds from a materialist premise: power, resistance, and social reproduction are rooted in physical bodies, tangible resources, logistical pipelines, and institutional metabolisms — not heroic willpower or everyday idealism.

II. The 12-Action Dialectical Grid & Base Building Loop

Players take on the role of Catalysts working inside an emerging or established Autonomous Base Collective (ABC). Across three-phase cycles (Free Play & Scouting → The Catalytic Intervention → Cycle Review, LSA & Renewal), study circles practice sizing capacity, navigating state and corporate friction, managing Scope of Care, and consolidating Expertise, Resources, and Conditions of Liberation.
